Since the global pandemic took hold, the world has been forced to deal with health problems including isolation and stress-related anxieties, meaning that the holistic wellness programmes at Kamalaya are more significant now than ever before.

Following the challenges of the last 18 months, holistic programmes such as Embracing Change and Resilience & Immunity are ideal for anyone who wishes to pursue wellness while embracing travel as the world transitions into the new normal.

Embracing Change focuses on enriching emotional wellbeing and addressing one’s life circumstances. Suitable for anyone seeking support with change or challenging situations of any kind, this programme can also benefit anyone navigating loss, anxiety, and grief, whether pandemic related or due to regular life events.

With both the five and seven-night programme options, guests learn to recognize and understand their habits to release, heal, rebuild, and strengthen emotional patterns before learning how to sustain a personal practice and establish healthier levels of balance.

Recognising the changing needs of the world during this moment in time, Kamalaya founder and Chief Wellness Officer, Karina Stewart and her team of wellness professionals developed the Resilience & Immunity programme. Designed to transform the immune system and reduce inflammation, this programme supports physical health, optimal immunity, and resilience of the mind. It is highly beneficial for anyone with vulnerable immunity, post-viral fatigue, auto-immune concerns, or simply wishing to feel more robust and fortified in the face of life’s uncertainties.

John and Karina Stewart, founders of Kamalaya Koh Samui commented: “Guests can fly into Koh Samui and come immediately to Kamalaya to start their programme and relax. It is so simple; the whole process is seamless. From arrival on Samui, you come to Kamalaya and it’s as if you are on your normal holiday. The world has gone through a collective trauma, and all our programmes at Kamalaya have been curated to transform, nurture, guide and support with compassion. We are here to serve and care for our guests with a heartfelt and genuine connection.”
