In an evening of Saturday, April 6, 2019, Centara Grand Beach Resort & Villas Hua Hin looks forward to sharing a tasteful moment with you in “Katnook Estate’s Summer Wine Dinner” showcasing some of the best wines from Coonawarra – one of Australia’s foremost wine regions, presented along the side of an exceptional four-course dinner created by Executive chef Steffen Hoffer.
Delight in a treasure of delicacies, from a plate of Maple & Soy glazed salmon and Duck rillette with crostini, to a simple yet highly flavourful dish of seared Tiger shrimps with Thai-infused tomato salad and wild fresh Halibut from Scotland under the tropical salsa for main. Completing the meal for the last course is an excellent selection of gourmet cheeses for some great flavour combinations.
As an added incentive, Centara Grand Hua Hin will also welcome Alison Harvey of famed vineyard Katnook Estate pouring her wines on the night for even more enjoyable pairings
