Now, you can try CRU’s updated gourmet snack selections, which feature some rather luxurious ingredients.
Take for example the “Oysters on the Half Shell” served Thai-style with a delicate mignonette — the perfect accompaniment to a flute of Champagne. If oysters aren’t your thing, go for the Chicken “Tsukune” Meatballs With a yakitori glaze — or for a taste of Spain, try the Assorted Spanish “Joselito” Cured Meats & Cheeses.
Other meat-lovers snacks are the Lamb Kofta With yogurt, cucumber & mint and soft sesame-crusted buns or Foie Gras Served on toast and fritters with cranberry jam. For veggies, don’t miss out on CRU’s Sweet Potato Hummus with cumin and pita garlic bread.
To find CRU, head up to Red Sky and take the spectacular glass elevator up a few more floors to reach the very top of Centara Grand at CentralWorld tower.
