7% vat and service charge). The menu includes two mouth-watering snacks Beetroot and Elderberries and Uni Tart. Main courses feature Hamachi with Black Radish and Chestnuts, Sweet Shrimps with Salted Plumbs and Dried Red Peppers, King Crab Cooked in Rosemary Branches, Grilled Salmon Skin with English Peas and Grilled Cucumbers, and 30-day Dry Aged Duck served Family Style with Condiments. Dessert of the night is Green Coconut with Porcini and Black Truffle.
