Sizzler brings premium ingredients to create a surprise menu during the “Lobster Festival” serving you deliciousness during the summer with Canadian lobsters imported from Canada. Experience giant lobsters and top-quality seafood in 9 different menus with the freshest flavors of the sea available for everyone to enjoy this summer. The menus include Lobster Pasta, Lobster Roll, Mixed Seafood Platter and the highlight that you should not miss, Premium Canadian Lobster Platter cooked by Sizzler’s expert chefs to give every menu a distinctive flavor. The sales target is set to be 10% that will add to the closing of the first quarter. The special menus during the “Lobster Festival” will be available for seafood and shrimp lovers to enjoy premium flavors from April 9 – May 31, 2021 (or until out of stock) at all Sizzler branches nationwide.

With an emphasis on premium ingredients that are quite difficult to find, Sizzler has created a wide variety of menus for Thai people to experience the unique, juicy taste of the big lobsters imported from Canada. The highlight is Premium Canadian Lobster Platter which is the most expensive menu since its opening, and Sizzler expects to expand a wider customer base. This exclusive menu will be sold at only 5 branches, 5 platters each, including Fashion Island, Central Ladprao, Mega Bangna, Central Pinklao and Central Westgate with reservations required. Sizzler predicts that the lobster menu will be able to boost sales by 10%, as well as the overall first-quarter sales growth.

Start off with appetizers like mussels baked in French wine to warm you up before diving into the deep ocean. The main courses include Premium Canadian Lobster Platter served with scallop, mussel baked in white wine and macaroni and cheese and Mixed Seafood Platter with a wide variety of shrimp dishes cooked in a variety of styles. For pasta lovers, there are also Pasta Carbonara with Canadian lobster and crab meat Pasta and Canadian Lobster and Shrimp Pasta. In addition, there is an appetizer like Lobster Roll for you to enjoy in 4 styles. This menu is available at only 5 branches including Fashion Island, Central Ladprao, Mega Bangna, Central Pinklao and Central Westgate and for delivery from April 23, 2021.
