It’s the month of love and Scarlett Wine Bar & Restaurant is taking the romance up a notch this Valentine’s Day weekend. From 12th – 14th February, Maître Cuisinier de France Chef Sylvain Royer and his team will deliver an extra dose of magic with a specially curated 4-course set menu.
Surprise your date with Scarlett’s 4-course Valentine’s Day set menu, which includes a welcome drink, soup, a choice of one starter and one main dish, and a dessert for just THB 1,500++ per person.
The romantic dinner begins with a cappuccino lobster bisque soup served with foam cream and a welcome drink created by Scarlett’s bar team. Guests can choose a starter from a selection which includes Foie Gras Crème Brûlée with black truffle and brown sugar, a refreshing Lobster Carpaccio served on puff pastry with candied tomatoes, or Seared Scallops topped with mango salsa and Petrossian caviar.
For their main course, diners can select a succulent Beef Tenderloin served with black truffle mashed potato and fig and black truffle sauce, or Grilled Lamb Chop topped with green pea puree and slow-cooked banana shallot. Seafood lovers can try the Dry-Aged Tasmanian Salmon that’s pan-seared and served with fennel, pumpkin puree and salmon eggs, or a Seafood Risotto prepared using rice from Chiang Mai and served with scallops and tiger prawns. For a sweet ending, couples can indulge in the Rose Raspberry Cream Sable, perfect for sharing.
The 4-course menu is exclusively available from 12th – 14th February 2021, and Scarlett’s a la carte menu and daily specials will also be available.
