Khun Khomcharat Tunpemesup, our talented mixologists at The Okura Prestige Bangkok’s Up & Above Bar is mixing the perfect winter warmers with a selection of enlivening herb and spice-infused cocktails and mocktails.
Available throughout the day, the cocktails include the DYCC To Taste, a vibrant blend of Drambuie, 6-year-old Canadian Club, green cardamom and fresh yuzu juice, and the Strawberry Ginger, a tongue-tingling concoction of 7-year-old Havana rum, strawberry puree, old ginger, lemon and maple syrup. Star of the show, however, is the Komcharat Chrysanthemum, a heady floral mix of Tanqueray gin, Cointreau, lime juice, celery, chrysanthemum flower and gold powder.
For dedicated drivers and non-drinkers, a selection of refreshing mocktails are available including the Winter Honey Pomegranate, an enervating drink comprising pomegranate syrup, honey and lime juice.
Herbaceous Cocktails are available daily from 1 October – 30 December 2019, 12:00 – 24:00, at Up & Above Bar. Prices start at Baht 250++.
