It’s raining, it’s pouring, and yes… it’s time for a delicious homemade healthy Banana bread.  “Healthy Banana Split Bread” presented byHeritage Group, Thailand’s leading premium natural food and beverage producer. Ingredients

  • 2    Eggs
  • Brown sugar                       50        g.
  • Maple Syrup             90        g.
  • Vanilla extract                     1          tsp.
  • Greek Yogurt                      115      g
  • Ripe Banana (Mashed) 200      g.
  • Rolled Oats Heritage Brand   60     g.
  • Baking Soda                        1          tsp.
  • Cinnamon                           ½         tsp.
  • All-purpose Flour                150      g.
  • Salt                                      ¼        tsp.
  • Chocolate chips                  60       g.
  • Dried Cranberries Heritage Brand   60 g.
  • Walnut Heritage Brand       60 g.

Preparation

  1. Prepare all ingredients into small cup, mash the ripe banana, and roughly cut walnut Heritage Brand
  2. Preheat oven to 180˚C, top and bottom heat, grease 6 loaf pans in size 200ml with butter (or using only one big loaf pan but more baking time)

3.Mix eggs, brown sugar, maple syrup, and vanilla extract together. Then add in mashed banana and greek yogurt, mix until smooth

  1. Sift flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt into wet ingredients. Mix until well-combined.
  2. Add the dry ingredients; cranberries, rolled oats, and rough-cut walnut of Heritage Brand, and chocolate chips. Mix until smooth.

6.Pour the mixture into a buttered loaf pan evenly, then bake for 25 minutes and allow to cool before serving (The bigger loaf pan, the longer baking time). Ready to enjoy!

Even though there is a lot of ingredients but the baking process is a piece of cake, just add and mix all the mixture together. You will get great bread for eating with coffee or smoothies. You can even use plastic food wrap to save it for other days, saving your time in the morning.  The Heritage cranberries, rolled oats, and walnuts will turn your normal breakfast into healthy breakfast, giving you a fresh start.
