A household name in his native Sweden, Thai-born Chef Sayan Isaksson returns to his birthplace to present the best of Scandinavian culinary creativi in a series of homecoming experiences hosted by The St. Regis Bangkok.

Scandinavian inspired Afternoon Tea featuring “Oyster shells” with Hamachi and caviar, Dill prawns wrapped in kohlrabi, Pigeon and mushroom pithivier, Ginger pudding with crystalized ginger, and Almond milk panna cotta with poached rhubarb.
