All March, COAST Beach Club & Bistro at Centara Grand Beach Resort & Villas Hua Hin invites diners to try delicious dishes from the bistro’s new à la carte selection Artisan Sea Salt Specials. Available for lunch and dinner, the promotion showcases the natural characteristic of artisanal sea salts that help enrich the texture and depth of each of the featured dishes.
Some of the highlighted dishes include pan-seared pistachio-miso crusted salmon with basil & lemon infused sea salt. The dish is served alongside an Asian side salad with honey dressing and your choice of side order. Another one to showcase this month is our Wagyu hanger steak that boasts a vibrant fusion of rosemary & red wine infused sea salt that provides the dish with a subtle hint of wood flavour. Another must-try is the baked chicken breast with orange & thyme infused sea salt with a tasty side of squash, feta cheese and pomegranate salad.
