The Salted Fish Star: Baccalà on 1st – 11th March 2021
Baccalà is a sacrosanct staple on southern Italian tables. Ms.Jigger features this celebrated fish in variety of ways. Slow cooked at a low temperature and topped with black truffles, the baccalà confit (THB 790++) makes a charming starter. The baccalà mantecato (THB 790++) highlights the fish in a whipped, mousse-like texture. While the handcrafted baccalà ravioli (THB 850++) nestles in a warm tomato napolitana sauce, the baccalà Naples-style (THB 890++) rests the flaky fish in a tomato broth with Taggiasche olives. Every dish is like a trip to the shores of Venice.
Curated for meat lovers: Ciccia Beef on 12th – 22nd March 2021
Ms.Jigger is eager to present a vibrant carnivore-based menu that showcases the best bespoke Italian meat dishes. To name a few: luscious beef carpaccio (THB 650++), traditional steak tartare (THB 750++), creamy risotto with melt-in-your-mouth bone marrow (THB 590++) and hearty cavatelli in oxtail stew ragout (THB 580++). Stellar steaks range from classic grilled hanger wagyu steak (THB 950++) to an exquisitely aged cut of Angus beef from Prime Ranges Valley (THB 6,300++) to rare Italian T-bone Florentina (THB 6,400++) to Busyu wagyu ribeye that is graded A4 (THB 6,700++). Ms.Jigger might as well be renamed to perfect steak nirvana.
The refined spring vegetable: White Asparagus on 22nd March – 2nd April 2021
In the 15th century, white asparagus were prized and reserved only for the banquets of nobles in the Venetian empire. Today, Ms.Jigger serves it to her own royal patrons at Kimpton. There will be a white asparagus cake (THB 720++) topped with savory Tuscan ham to enhance the crisp vegetable’s mild sweetness. Delicate with a slight bitterness, the asparagus is beautifully incorporated into a risotto with Asiago cheese (THB 750++). The sweet spears are cooked in a myriad of ways, from grilled and paired with wild turbot (THB 890++) to wrapped in Guanciale ham by an Angus beef ribeye (THB 980++).
The national rice dish of Spain: Paella on 26th – 28th March 2021
The magic of this one-pot wonder is all in the rice. The paella rice soaks up the mash-up of flavors, fusing seafood and land delicacies together. It is prepared at a relaxed pace, with the chef nodding to the DJ beats. It is shared with friends and family in a communal style at the tropical rooftop garden Bar.Yard. All made-to-order, the paella brim with colorful and seasonal ingredients—flaky seabass, succulent squid, fresh mussels, chicken thigh, chorizo, juicy roasted tomatoes and so much more. The combination of paella and chill is hard to beat.

Let’s taco about how we can make Tuesdays more exciting for you all. Bar.Yard decides to bring you a mouthwatering collection of nine tacos with a choice of soft-flour tortilla or crispy-corn shells. While the slow-cooked and chili-rubbed pork ribs are simply off-the-bone tender, the 16-hour hickory-smoked beef briskets also burst with robust flavor. For the authentic classics, the crew highlights the carne asada dry-aged angus beef and golden-crisp fried snapper fish tacos.
