Created by the restaurant’s talented culinary team, led by an experienced Japanese Sous Chef, Narongsak Thongchue, the new à la carte selection presents the tasteful excitement of cuisine from Japan, in innovative creations such as Calamari teppanyaki in shoyu-sake broth, a perfect Western-inspired dish for seafood lovers with added tastes from sublime, mellow Japanese shoyu and sake and extra textures from fish mousse stuffing all in one mouth-watering bite. Seared baby seabass will likewise please diners with a beautiful depth of umami flavour and richness from miso and white wine cream sauce while Mirin-shoyu steamed snowfish also presents classic Japanese a flavour and aroma pairing your taste buds will desire.
Other must-try dishes at the restaurant include Yaki Maguro, pan-seared sesame-crusted tuna of sashimi grade that pairs perfectly with a flavoursome brown butter & herb sauce, seasoned Teriyaki style; and Gyuniku Nikomi, a classic Japanese beef, braised to melt-in-your-mouth delight and served with authentic daikon stew.
