Every day for lunch and dinner throughout January and February 2020, COAST Beach Club & Bistro at Centara Grand Beach Resort & Villas Hua Hin invites diners to try its new à la carte selection, Seaside ‘Surf & Turf’ Specials, that combines the best from the land and the freshest from the sea into exciting dishes added with a creative Cosmopolitan flair by the bistro’s talented Chef de Cuisine Tharathon Chindaphu.
Highlight dishes from COAST’s new menu include Shoyu-seared sirloin and Sesame-seared Akami tuna, served with garlic basil mashed potatoes and Japanese wasabi mayonnaise; and Oven-baked lamb cutlet and Rock lobster Fricassée served with crusty potato galette and roasted vegetables. Another ‘not-to-miss’ creation is Chorizo-stuffed oven-baked calamari that boasts distinctive aromas and tantalizing flavours of each ingredient – bringing this dish over the top of the list.
