 Hilton Pattaya invites you and your family to celebrate your memorable Mother’s Day with a variety of special menu at Edge Restaurant, Flare Restaurant and Horizon Rooftop Restaurant & Bar.

Edge Restaurant, Level 14

For buffet lovers, Edge Restaurant introduces a wide selection of seafood and international cuisine such as oyster, New Zealand mussel, caviar, tiger prawn, rock lobster, seabass in banana leaf, blue crab, river prawn, Australian beef, Australian lamp chop, foie gras, whole roasted capon chicken, spit roasted pig, sashimi, Asian and Western selections and special desserts made from jasmine to celebrate the Mother’s Day. The buffet is priced at THB 1,500 nett per guest and available on August 11, 2019 from 12noon – 3pm for Mother’s Day Brunch and from 6pm – 10.30pm for Mother’s Day dinner.

Enjoy a panoramic view of Pattaya bay and lunch buffet on Mother’s Day. International selections include river prawn, white prawn, crab, whelk, mussel, seabass in banana leaf, whole roasted chicken, BBQ pork ribs, salad bar, sashimi, sushi, Asian cuisine, homemade pizza and desserts at THB 880 nett per guest for food only. Available on August 12, 2019 from 12noon – 2.30pm.

Spend an evening to celebrate mom’s special day with international buffet at Edge Restaurant. Highlights include Australian beef, Australian lamp chop, oyster, river prawn, white prawn, blue crab, New Zealand mussel, whelk, sashimi, cold cut, cheese, whole roasted capon chicken, homemade pizza, pasta, Asian and Western dishes and desserts at THB 1,200 nett per guest. Available on August 12, 2019 from 6pm – 10.30pm.

Flare Restaurant, Level 15

If you are looking for a private and cozy venue to celebrate Mother’s Day with your family, Flare Restaurant is highly recommended. Chef introduces special Asian menus including ‘Miang Kham Bualuang’, a one-bite appetizer in lotus petals with crispy seabass, dried shrimps, roasted peanuts, chili, lime, lemongrass, shallots, fresh ginger served with sweet dried shrimp sauce at THB 350 nett, ‘Thai Ceviche with Baked Oysters and Japanese Sea Scallop’, baked imported oysters and Japanese sea scallop with avocado, cucumber, crispy shallot and spicy Thai sauce with mint at THB 450 and ‘Phuket Lobster in 2 Styles’, a 1-kilogram Phuket lobster in 2 styles, wok-fried lobster in Chinese Kung Pao sauce and Thai sweet red curry with lobster and betel leaves at THB 2,800 nett. These special dishes are available from August 8 until August 15, 2019 from 6pm – 10.30pm at Flare Restaurant on level 15.

Horizon Rooftop Restaurant & Bar, Level 34

Horizon Rooftop Restaurant & Bar invites you and your mom to indulge in a spectacular view of Pattaya bay on the rooftop while savoring a delicious set featuring premium ingredient ‘Canadian Lobster Thermidor’, Canadian lobster in Béchamel sauce and bake with cheddar cheese until perfection served with orzo with shimeji and Tom Yum sauce, the set will come with a glass of ‘Mallika’ – the award-winning drink from the Hilton South East Asia F&B Masters 2018/2019, showcasing Thai ingredients; aloe vera and house-made jasmine syrup. The mouth-watering menu is priced at THB 2,250 nett per set and available from August 5-12, 2019 from 6pm – 11pm at Horizon Rooftop Restaurant & Bar on level 34.
