The St. Regis Bangkok celebrates the arrival of spring with an Easter Sunday Brunch from 12:30 – 3:30 PM on April 17, 2022 at VIU restaurant.
For this day only, the brunch experience features a fun program of kids activities, including balloon sculpting and egg painting at Decanter, where a playground is set up for children to play in a safe environment.
The signature Sunday buffet experience at VIU includes an unparalleled seafood selection and premium dishes including all-you-can-eat Alaska King Crab, Wagyu Beef with Truffle Sauce, Sea Urchin (uni) Pasta, artisanal cheese and cold cuts, plus a dessert corner with handcrafted pastries and a Belgium chocolate fountain.
In honor of Easter, the Sunday feast includes a selection of holiday classics such as Honey Butter Ham, Roasted Leg of Lamb with Rosemary Sauce, and Deviled Egg with Caviar, as well as Traditional Easter Pie, Bunny Cake and Classic Carrot Cake.
Making its debut on Easter Sunday Brunch is a Wellness Cuisine corner presented in partnership with Clinique La Prairie Aesthetics & Medical Spa. Resident nutritionist Rachel Bullen from the Swiss medical spa and aesthetics center is on hand to share nutritional insights on the selection of wellness dishes created around the nutrition ideals in accordance with Clinique La Prairie’s approach of enhancing longevity and “helping people live a better, healthier, and longer life.”
