Our Executive Chef Gyula Harangi and The District’s Chef de Cuisine Christian Caluwaert proudly present new a-la-carte selections from our luxurious Sunday brunch at The District Grill Room & Bar. Highlights from our new menu include grilled river prawn, wild Hokkaido scallop, foie gras on brioche toast, Australian lamb chops, Australian Stockyard Wagyu striploin and grilled fish of the day in chimichurri sauce. Guests can choose preferred dishes from the menu and our chefs will prepare them, fresh from the open kitchen.
What’s more, the best highlight from our live station is live lobsters, which guarantee the freshness and great taste. Guests can also enjoy an array of mouthwatering appetizers, salads, premium cold cuts, carving stations,fresh salmon, tuna tartar, smoked, cured and marinated variety of Norwegian salmon as well as various kind of cheese. The offerings do not end here; discover special delicacies from sumptuous seafood on ice, which are 3 kinds of oysters and Alaskan king crab legs.
Lastly, spoil yourself with a little something sweet from pastries to desserts at the buffet line or try our new Cream Catalan espuma which is Banana ice cream with dark rum infused pineapple to complete your Sunday brunch experience.
Guests can enjoy our Sunday brunch at THB 2,800 net per person or an unlimited beverage package including Prosecco, selection of wines and beer, choice of spirits and signature cocktails at THB 3,700 net per person. Guests can also enjoy a premium Champagne package for an additional THB 2,100 net per person. Sunday Brunch is available on all Sundays from 11.30 am to 3.00 pm.
