From 1st – 6th October 2019, meet the special Omakase dining with Chef Seiji Sudo at Tenko Omakase Bangkok.
Chef Seiji, who used to be the chef at the celebrated Tama Sushi restaurant, specialises in an Omakase style, and we will be offering diners a chance to sample his magnificent creations priced at THB 8,000 per person (18 Courses). There will only be 8 seats available per day, with dinner starting at 19.00 hrs.In order to give you the best dining experience, all our seafood is flown fresh from the world famous Toyosu market several times a week. Tenko is located in its own stand-alone structure in the botanical garden of Pullman Bangkok King Power and provides guests with the most thrilling private dining event in Bangkok.
While Chef Seiji Sudo is mostly recognized for his work at Tama Sushi, a unique six-seat omakase restaurant, he also used to be the head chef at Ginza Sushi Ichi, and he is renowned for always serving up something very different to guests. The beautifully-plated, delectable courses aren’t limited to a sequence of just nigiri, but rather an eclectic mix of items like conch, iwashi rolls, grilled mixed rice with hairy crab meat and uni, and of course Seiji’s signature sushi soup.
The chef focuses on perfect preparation, which utilises a wide variety of cooking techniques that bring out the differing textures of the fine produce used. It can sometimes seem playful, but the flavours are what is most important and they are always clear and consistent.

Tenko Omakase Bangkok is situated in a stand-alone structure in the botanic garden, surrounded by lush greenery and koi ponds at the lobby floor in the heart of Pullman Bangkok King Power. Open on Tuesday – Sunday (Closed on Monday), open two rounds per day (accepting 10 customers per round) starting from 18.00 hrs. and 20.00 hrs. onwards.
