The journey begins with ‘Oyster’ with cucumber, Kombucha and anchovis; ‘Hokkaido scallop’ with negi, furikake and sea grape; ‘lobster’ with savoy cabbage, Kombu and carrot; and ‘karifurawa’ with aka miso, black truffle and Beurre noisette. Followed by the mouth-watering and scrumptious ‘Satsuma Wagyu’ served with pommes Dauphine, shallot and awabi take. Conclude the enchanted evening with the delightful ‘Japanese strawberry’ served with butter milk, pistachio and yuzu.

Celebrate and cherish the season of love with your significant ones at Up & Above Restaurant and Bar with the sophisticated 4-course dinner that will surely embark on this captivating evening.

The captivating dining journey starts with ‘red shrimp’ with watermelon and sudachi; and ‘Zuwai Kani’ snow crab with niboshi consommé and leek.  Followed by a choice of ‘Ora King salmon’ served with Asari clam, yuzu and dill Beurre Blanc and cha soba or ‘braised beef cheeks’ served with pomme mousseline, baby carrots and crispy potato. Ending the captivating evening with the pleasantly ‘lychee and rose’ with almond Financier and raspberry sorbet.
