Red Sky’s new yellowfin tuna and white truffle menu has been specially crafted to make the most out of these luxurious ingredients that have now come into season.

Chef de Cuisine Christian Ham masterfully brings together the delicate flavor of this prized fish with the subtle inclusion of premium truffle, which brings with it a more earthy, stronger aroma to each dish.

Available for a limited time only, these seasonal a la carte courses start at THB 850++, with a playful choice of starters, mains and desserts to enjoy while admiring the panoramic views from your table here at one of Bangkok’s most iconic rooftop locations.
