The rising star Chef Prasertchai recently won the prestigious title of Iron Chef Thailand Competition on Television.

an upcoming Marriott’s guest chef’s pop up event, ‘Thai Tapas with a Modern Twist’, will be taking place from 4 – 7 February 2019 at Ginja Taste & Ginja Cook The programs for the extraordinary cooking and dining experience are as follow:
4 – 7 February, from 6.00 onwards at Ginja Taste: Tantalize your taste buds with a mouthwatering Thai Tapas with a modern twist. Select either 6 or 10-course set menu, created by Chef Prasertchai, the Iron Chef Thailand Champion. The Thai Tapas degustation menu featuring stunning dishes revolving around the theme of molecular gastronomy and story behind each course. Sampling menu included Ceviche – flamed tuna topped with coconut drops, lemongrass & onion powder and mint gel; 24-Hour Sous Vide Black Angus (grass fed) short ribs massaman
crusted & coconut gnocchi; Truffle potato in mushroom dust & pumpkin puree; Crispy pork belly, steamed kale, turnip and chili pesto; Butterfly pea granite just to name a few. A dinner is not complete without desserts, choice of chili & chocolate sphere with pineapple textures and Mango Sticky rice. Price is THB 2,800++ per person for 6-course set menu and THB 3,500++ per person for 10-course set menu. The Iron Chef Thailand Winner’s a la carte menu is also available too.
5 February, from 11.00 am to 2.00 pm: Chef Prasertchai will hold a live cooking demonstration at Ginja Cook followed by a 3-course Thai molecular tapas menu. The highlight dishes include Miang Kam Foie Gras; Tom Yum Espuma; Inked Barramundi and sea grapes seaweeds. The intimate cooking class and limited to just 10 seats. Price is THB 2,400++ per person food only.
