On Monday, 14th February 2022, violinists serenade couples with songs of love as they enjoy an Epic Valentine buffet at VIU. A five-course Valentine’s Day menu with optional wine or mocktail pairing at The St. Regis Bar is similarly enhanced with a live music performance from a saxophonist and pianist. With a sharing menu perfectly suited for an intimate Valentine’s Day experience, IGNIV Bangkok invites guests to experience a limited time menu, presented for just one day.

For a romantic dinner overlooking the glittering skyline, The St. Regis Bangkok presents seven exclusive tables at The St. Regis Bar. On arrival, a live saxophonist and pianist sets the tone for a flawless evening, accompanying guests on a journey of gastronomy with curated Penfolds wine pairing or special mocktail pairing options.

The dinner starts with Crabmeat, Confit Fancy Tomatoes and Green Apple Gel, followed by a Lobster Bisque Soup served with Lobster Claw. A handcrafted Smoked Hamachi, Sea Urchin and Caviar with Citrus Sauce guides diners to the main course – a Seared A5 Wagyu Tenderloin grilled to perfection and served with potato fondant, mushrooms, and fresh truffle, with truffle beef jus bringing all the components together. The five-course experience culminates with a Yuzu Curd, Strawberry Compress, Rose Diplomat, Coconut Sable with Raspberry Sorbet which provides a sweet ending to a refined evening. The unique fine dining sharing experience, available for both lunch and dinner, also includes desserts including Hot Love-Cherry-Vanilla and Chocolate Rose-Pickled Strawberry, with IGNIV’s signature Candy Store filled on the day with a selection of chocolates, fruit jellies, macarons, canelés, and other desserts to enjoy at the restaurant or to take home.
