The St. Regis Bangkok invites couples to celebrate their love this Valentine’s Day weekend with a series of gastronomic experiences specially designed to be shared with a significant other.

On Friday, 14 February 2020, violinists serenade couples with timeless songs of love as guests enjoy an Epic Valentine buffet at VIU and a candle-lit six-course dinner by the pool.

The Signature Themed Sunday Brunch on Sunday, 16 February is similarly enhanced with a Valentine’s Day theme including exquisite additions to the brunch offerings as well as special sweet surprises in the Drawing Room.

Exclusive Poolside Romance

For a romantic dinner under the moon and overlooking the glittering skyline, The St. Regis Bangkok presents 10 exclusive tables on the alfresco pool deck. The unparalleled dinner starts with a bottle of Bollinger Champagne sabered by a personal tableside butler, followed by a journey of gastronomy complemented with meticulously selected wines.

The six-course menu includes: fresh oysters; cured duck breast; baked snow fish; roasted lamb loin; chocolate mousse dome, and strawberries and cream.

All couples will also receive a The St. Regis gift bag presented with teddy bear, flowers, and cake.

Epic Valentine buffet at VIU

 Celebrate love and friendship this Valentines with your soulmate or your best friend. The dinner buffet spread at VIU adds a sense of occasion with bubbles, while the feast is enhanced with exquisite lobster, premium mains, live cooking stations preparing dishes a la minute, and a themed dessert section with heart-shaped cakes and a chocolate fountain.

Savory highlights include: Seafood bar with oyster station, Norwegian salmon, roasted lamb rack, pan seared foie gras, and forest mushroom risotto made to order at the risotto station. The seafood bar features succulent shrimps, Alaska crab leg, and freshly shucked oysters from France, Australia and New Zealand at the oyster station.

Signature Themed Sunday Brunch – Valentine’s edition

 Drawing inspiration from the month of love, the Signature Themed Sunday Brunch on 16th February features additional indulgences in honor of Valentine’s day, including: succulent grilled lobster with homemade linguine pasta; seared scallops; an exquisite truffle risotto; and lightly poached tiger prawns served with a mango and avocado salad.

The brunch experience continues out in the adjacent Drawing Room, infusing Valentine’s Day weekend with all things sweet and sumptuous. Treats include handcrafted chocolate roses, a candy bar featuring house curated bonbons and lollipops, a selection of crafted specialist chocolates, and a white rose fountain with fluffy homemade marshmallows.
