Caviar de Neuvic’s Signature caviar comes from the Acipenser Baeri species of sturgeon and creates an explosion of sensations on the palate combined with a well-balanced elegance. To enhance your Japanese cuisine experience, our Chef Pan is delighted to bring you 4 kinds of the best caviar from France: Caviar de Neuvic Baeri Signature, Caviar de Neuvic Baeri Reserve, Caviar de Neuvic Oscietra Signature and Caviar de Neuvic Butter Sauce. Using this most delicate and delectable produce our Chef Pan has created a variety of delicious dishes including;

  • Chouzame Sturgeon Fillet with Rillet.
  • Jean Paul San Oysters with Yuzu  Espuma and Caviar de Neuvic Baeri Signature.
  • Maguro Carpaccio with Citrus Ginger and Caviar de Neuvic Baeri Reserve.
  • Hokkaido Scallops with Mango Yuzu Puree, Shiso Foam and Caviar de Neuvic Oscietra Reserve.
  • Steamed Suzuki with Grilled seasonal vegetables and Caviar de Neuvic  Butter Sauce.
  • Sakuranbo and Sake Clafoutis.

For those who are unfortunate to miss the Caviar De Neuvic 5-course set dinner, we are very pleased to have added Caviar de Neuvic on our A La Carte menu. Our chef has selected the five best menu items to match with the gorgeous taste of caviar including;
