Mrs. Usanee Sangsingkeo, Acting President, Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI) presided over the opening of TG Inflight Catering Midyear Conference 2018. Sqn.Ldr. Pongtorn Thepkanjana, THAI Executive Vice President, Operations, along with Mr. Chalermpon Kaewchinporn, THAI Vice President, In-flight Services, and Mrs. Varangkana Luerojvong, THAI Managing Director, Catering, and THAI Executives attended the event at THAI’s Head Office.
Mrs. Usanee Sangsingkeo, THAI Acting President, said that TG Inflight Catering Midyear Conference 2018 (TICC 2018) was held to support the efficiency of THAI products and services and to support good collaboration between catering suppliers. Inflight catering suppliers from over 33 stations worldwide attended this year’s event. The executives of stations had a knowledge sharing with THAI Executives and related-staff as well as perceived a policy regarding In-flight Catering Management to develop its services on board and boost THAI’s image as a full-service, premium airline.
In addition, THAI continues to further improve and develop the quality of services for the utmost customer satisfaction. Hence, THAI being ranked as one of the top 10 World’s Best Airlines 2018, as well as Skytrax Awards for World’s Best Economy Class on Board Catering, which was awarded for two consecutive years. Moreover, THAI provides privilege services such as inflight meals that were created by Michelin Star Chefs to enhance passengers’ satisfaction.
