The District Grill Room & Bar brings you premium Wagyu Beef from Southwest region of Australia, Margaret River. The Wagyu cattle are produced adhering to a strict feeding and management scheme. The result is an exceptional high quality product. This control of the production process from farm to table gives customers assurance of product’s quality. The impeccable flavor is enhanced by fine marbling and our Chef’s expertise in cooking method.

Highlights of the menu are Wagyu Beef Chuck Tender Gravlax, Slow Cooked Wagyu Beef Rib Meat, Wagyu Beef Deckle Saltimbocca, Wagyu Beef Knuckle Wellington, Slow Cooked Wagyu Beef Shank and Margaret River Wagyu Beef Tomahawk.
