The reimagined lavish spread served at UNO MAS restaurant on the 54th floor of the hotel is all about warmth, togetherness, and excitement.
The three-hour feast runs from 11.30 am to 2.30 pm and takes diners on a fantastic culinary journey complemented by the flavours of Spain and the Mediterranean region and unlimited pours of the prestigious G.H. Mumm Cordon Rouge Champagne.
Diners are advised to skip breakfast to make room for the sumptuous offerings available -from tasty tapas and signature UNO MAS dishes cooked a la minute to premium imported meats and fresh seafood and a wide selection of cold cuts and cheese.
Other highlights include four varieties of oysters, Alaskan King Crab, Maine and Phuket lobsters, Jamon Iberico, paella and other delicious Spanish delicacies specially created by the chef and his team.
The Champagne Brunch series is priced at THB 4,555++ per person, inclusive of all food, Champagne and select soft drinks.
