The team at Bawarchi Indian Restaurant have made it their mission to celebrate this year’s Valentine’s Day with a culinary voyage to the four corners of India. The delightful six-course set dinner menu at Bangkok’s best Indian fine dining venue will take couples around the subcontinent and let them share an exciting experience of its many flavors and spices in Bawarchi’s romantic downtown venue.
Couples wanting to spend this special day indulging in some of the most popular Indian delicacies together in a refined, intimate setting will find that Bawarchi is the ideal place for it. The menu created specifically for Valentine’s Day will be available from February 11 to 17, 2018 and features some of the restaurant’s best dishes.
“This year’s six-course menu is designed to give couples both a culinary and cultural experience they can share and cherish. The delightful array of dishes we have put together highlights the great variety Indian cuisine offers and the soft candlelight and gentle background music will let guests forget the rest of the world for a little while,” says Bawarchi Group Vice President Vinay Chawla.
To ensure even the most exacting palates are pleased, Bawarchi’s chefs have carefully chosen some of Bawarchi’s finest preparations, including the aromatic Kakori Kabab, the signature Beetroot Tikki, and to end the dinner on a high, rich Gajar Ka Halwa as dessert, just to name a few.
As always, there will be both a vegetarian and non-vegetarian version of this menu. Also, dishes can be prepared gluten-free upon request. Finally, guests with a love for fine wines from around the world have the option to pair their dinner with a glass of wine for each course.
“At Bawarchi Chidlom we want to create the perfect atmosphere for our guests to enjoy an unforgettable Valentine’s Day dinner, complete with a romantic atmosphere and delicious homecooked specialties. Our team is looking forward to creating unique memories for all our guests and making this day a celebration of love to be remembered fondly,” explains Mr. Chawla.
