The St. Regis Epic is an extravagant dinner buffet offering. An epicurean feast for the senses, some of the feature highlights include pan-seared foie gras, grilled lobster*, whole suckling pig, Norwegian salt-crusted salmon, a fully-loaded shellfish selection with freshly shucked oysters, sushi, sashimi, and much more. Be sure to save space for epic desserts, not forgetting our local mango sticky rice, candy floss and the go-crazy ice cream station, where you build your own personal treat.
