Highlights of the Valentine’s Day Tasting Menu include succulent Galauti Cornets (wild mushrooms, spices, citrus gel and fresh truffles), delicately flavoured Oyster & Corn Tartar (local oysters, cilantro, corn and yuzu lemon) and Royal Project Caviar with panna cotta, celery and brioche croutons.
Also featured are smoothly satisfying Tomato Mist (Haoma farm tomato, whey Indian Borage, blueberry celery), Gulf of Thailand Scallops (heirloom tomato concasse, Noilly Prat emulsion) and Me in a Bowl (charbroiled chicken, Makhani curry, pickles, naan bread). The sweet ending, a desert course called Nadia, features white chocolate, champagne sorbet, berries and rose.
