Featuring imported Iberian products, Chef Christian Caluwaert will showcase his premium menu from one of the finest meats in the world from Iberian Peninsula. It is located in the southwest corner of Europe, between Spain and Portugal. Iberian Peninsula is considered to be the ideal region for raising cows, pigs and sheep. Best quality meats come from the region as they live free roaming in vast extensions in the fields and they are fed by natural products, directly from the fields and woods. The result is an exceptional high quality product with marvelous tenderness and unforgettable taste.
Highlights of the menu are Iberian cold cuts selection, Spanish cheese selection, Iberian pork tenderloin with chorizo, Iberian mild lamb saddle filet and Iberian dry aged grass fed rib eye beef.
