All October and November, Railway Restaurant at Centara Grand Beach Resort & Villas Hua Hin presents a special à la carte selection “All About Braising”, featuring many classic braised dishes that showcase layers of enticing texture and deep flavour. Prepared by Executive Chef Steffen Hoffer using his best braised recipes and well-kept kitchen secrets, the new menu guarantees a dining paradise for meat lovers.
Highlight dishes include a match made in heaven, Rosemary braised lamb shanks, slow-braised in a delicious, rich Merlot red wine sauce and served on a bed of creamy mashed potato. Rosemary, and bay leaves likewise complete the flavours in this aromatic sauce. Another recommended dish sees diners enjoying Duck à l’Orange. This all-time favourite highlights the unique taste and tenderness of duck legs, braised to melt-in-your-mouth perfection while the orange sauce loaded with a bright citrus flavour surely makes the dish sublime.
