Now is the time for harvesting one of ’the world’s most-prized – ingredients – the summer – white truffle – and you can get a taste of this imported delicacy from now until the end of July here at Red Sky restaurant.
Located on the 55th floor of Centara Grand at CentralWorld making one of Bangkok’s highest alfresco restaurants, guests can soak up the 360-degree panoramic views of the city while enjoying a lavish spread of seasonal dishes from this new truffle-inspired menu created by Chef de Cuisine Christian Ham.
As well as making use of this famously exclusive fungi, these limited-time menu items feature other premium ingredients including tiger prawns, Maine lobster, foie gras and Atlantic sea bass.
