Jamie’s Italian Launches Weekly Italian Feast

Jamie’s Italian is introducing its new Italian Feast, available all day from Monday to Friday. Comprising of a shared antipasti plank, two primis and a main served with seasonal greens and roasted potatoes, the Italian Feast is the perfect meal shared between two people.

To start things off, the Jamie’s Italian Antipasti Plank features a selection of cured meats from artisan butcher Sloane’s and the Australian based Quattro Stelle, pâté and crostini, locally produced mozzarella, aged pecorino, pickles, olives and jams.

Guests can choose two primis from a selection of four, including the popular Wild mushroom risotto with roasted wild mushrooms, seasonal greens and mozzarella; Tagliatelle Bolognese – a rich pork and beef ragù made with red wine, herby breadcrumbs and Parmesan; Linguine Vongole, an Italian favourite with sustainably sourced clams steamed with garlic, chilli, white wine, capers and parsley; and freshly made Truffle Tagliatelle with black truffle, butter and nutmeg. Vegetarians can opt for Jamie’s Italian Veggie Bolognese as well.

Mains include a 10oz Angus Italian steak, grilled and served with chunky tomato salsa and a rocket and Parmesan salad; sustainably caught pan-roasted salmon served with a seafood and white wine stew and garlicky aioli; Sloane’s free-range pork chop served with parsley bagna cauda and apple and kohlrabi; and Calabrian chicken with Sirin Farm chicken in a spicy eggplant, tomato and black olive sauce. All the mains are served with seasonal greens and roasted potatoes.

The Italian Feast is available at 1490 baht for two persons all day Monday to Friday at Jamie’s Italian Siam Discovery.
