The creative tour de force at Pipero Roma in the heart of Rome, Chef Luciano skillfully merges tradition and innovation for an extraordinary dining experience.
At Rossini’s, Chef Luciano’s 7-course gourmet Italian menu will be complemented by exceptional Tuscan wines from Wine Dee Dee. Highlights will include Boston lobster with beetroot and bitter orange paired with Chardonnay Collezione, Sensi, 2017, Chef Luciano’s signature spaghetti felicetti carbonara matched with Chianti Classico Passonero 2015, and lamb with anchovies, raspberries and smoked tea to enjoy with Brunello di Montalcino Sensi, Boscoselvo 2011.
