Red Sky restaurant new Centara Grand and Bangkok Convention Centre at CentralWorld “Seasonal Set Menu” is here – perfect for that special dining occasion at one of Bangkok’s most iconic rooftop restaurants.
This five-course menu (with optional wine pairing) can be enjoyed inside our air-conditioned dining room, or, if the weather is on your side, outside on Red Sky’s alfresco dining deck.
As usual, Red Sky’s Chef De Cuisine Christian Ham has devised a fine-dining menu that uses only the finest seasonal produce imported from all over the world.
Running from July through August 2019, highlight dishes include Oscietra Caviar; Seared and Sliced Red Mediterranean Tuna Fillet; Pan Seared Maine Lobster (with fennel candied in orange juice, Taggiasca olives and coriander salad); and Pan Seared Lamb Loin (mille-feuille of confit tomatoes and eggplant, turned glazed zucchini).
Also featured on the menu is an amuse bouche, a selection of artisanal French cheeses and, of course, an indulgent dessert – with the choice between Crepe soufflé Italian Meringue Périgord cherries and bitter almond ice cream.
