This year, Chef Christian Ham and his team have created a stunning 3 – course menu featuring premium ingredients such as royal langoustines, foie gras, Atlantic turbot fillet and Wagyu beef.

To mark the occasion, you and your partner will both be treated to those sweeping city views from the 55th floor of the hotel, under the light of Red Sky’s iconic glowing arch.
