Besides, other special menus are also available including U.S. Wagyu Striploin in red wine sauce with bone marrow herbal crust and U.S. Wagyu Rib Eye with fried potatoes. Additionally, the restaurant offers “All in One” menu for those who would love to try various kinds of Wagyu beef.
All premium Wagyu beef comes from the U.S., Snake River Farms in Eastern Idaho. The Wagyu beef is produced by well-managed process from start to finish. The cattle are fed in a natural, sustainable diet in the local area. The result is an exceptionally high-quality product with incredible tenderness and unforgettable flavor.
