It’s mushroom season at 137 Pillars Suites & Residences Bangkok and our chefs are celebrating with an array of exceptional dishes using freshly picked wild mushrooms grown in Thailand.

Nimitr Restaurant

On Friday, 20 and Saturday, 21 September 2019, a fine-dining restaurant Nimitr offers an ode to local mushrooms with an exquisite five-course dinner paired with specially curated-picked wines.

Some of the highlighted menu items include Wild Turbot with Chanterelle Ravioli and Kahlua Beurre Blanc served with William Fèvre Petit Chablis AOC 2015; Braised Veal with Foie Gras, Tap Tao Mushroom and Tarragon Sauce served with Bouchard Pere & Fils La Vignee Pinot Noir Bourgogne 2015; and Scallops with Asparagus Panna Cotta and a selection of seven Mushrooms served with Errazuriz Sauvignon Blanc, Aconcagua Valley 2015.

The five-course dinner with wine parings is priced at THB 5,500++ per person or THB 3,300++ for food only, exclusive of 10% service charge and 7% government tax.

Bangkok Trading Post Bistro & Deli

From 22 September to 10 November, dive into a unique gastronomic adventure at Bangkok Trading Post Bistro & Deli, Sukhumvit 39 with a la carte Asian and European dishes that pay homage to wild mushrooms. The highlighted dishes include Brioche stuffed with crab, Russula mushrooms, cauliflower and citrus sauce, served with fresh salad; Beef tenderloin rossini with foie gras, Chanterelle and Russula mushrooms, served with baked potatoes; Whole Trout Wellington stuffed with Chanterelle mushrooms and seafood sour cream and Wheat risotto, wild Forest mushrooms and Laab flavoured pork meatballs.
