LogiMAT | Intelligent Warehouse 2022 launches in October enabling solution and innovation exchange in Thai & regional intralogistics

The first LogiMAT | Intelligent Warehouse (2022) intralogistics show kicks off from October 26-28, connecting exhibitors and visitors in warehousing, intralogistics technology and solutions, supply chain, materials handling & storage, and cold chain logistics spheres.

LogiMAT Intelligent Warehouse 2022 will showcase over 80 brands to more than 5,000 trade visitors, many of whom are responsible for investment and sourcing decision-making in the corporate and government organisations that are driving regional growth across a dynamic multitude of industries. The 5,040 square meters of exhibition space will be packed full with the ideas of tomorrow and solutions of today, and featuring Intralogistics systems, cobot (man+robot) technology, process management tools, AI and demonstrable product development breakthroughs on display. LogiMAT | Intelligent Warehouse 2022 opens up a fast-moving, lively and inventive show space wherein businesses are enhanced, efficiencies unlocked and energised, and lasting partnerships created.

 Intralogistics: where smart solutions and collaborative tech drive efficiency in production and in the warehouse

LogiMAT | Intelligent Warehouse 2022 is the leading trade exhibition for innovative warehouse systems and future warehouse management technology, and is jointly organised for the first time between LogiMAT, the world-class logistics event from Germany, and Intelligent Warehouse, Thailand’s leading intralogistics event.

The show introduces ways in which LogiMAT | Intelligent Warehouse 2022 is serving to empower operators in warehousing, distribution, logistics and intralogistics from a diverse range of sectors. Stakeholders will join from a wide landscape of representative industries, including F&B, logistics & freight, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, process manufacturing, government and associations, distributors, retailers and science-led industries including chemicals, big data and artificial intelligence.

Mr. Phusit Sasitaranondha, Managing Director, Expolink Global Network Ltd., co-organiser, said, “LogiMAT | Intelligent Warehouse (2022) was known as being Thailand’s premier trade show offering visitors the latest solutions in warehouse management or Intralogistics. The show is set to be held this forthcoming October 26-28 and will connect exhibitors and visitors in warehousing, intralogistics technology and solutions, supply chain, materials handling & storage, and cold chain logistics. LogiMAT | Intelligent Warehouse 2022 was initiated by a cooperation and agreement signed in 2020 between EUROEXPO Munich, Messe Stuttgart, the organiser of LogiMAT, the global logistics event in Germany and Expolink Global Network Limited, the organizer of Intelligent Warehouse, a leading intralogistics event in Thailand. Attracting some of the biggest-name brands and product creators in the market, there will be 80 exhibitors globally connecting with over 5,000 show-goers, from markets such as China, Vietnam, India, Germany, etc., and presenting HAI ROBOTIC, Interroll (Thailand) Co., Ltd., SSI Schaefer Systems International Co., Ltd., Addverb Technologies, SCA System Consulting Association to name but a few.”

“The highlight of the event which is not be missed is ’Hands on Technology, Innovative Industrial Solutions’ including two seminar stages: ’Thai Intralogistics 4.0 Forum’ or ‘Orange Forum’ which covers the overview of the industry from the latest warehouse technology trends to the result where it affects economic growth discussed by Huawei Technologies (Thailand) and Boxme Thailand, etc. Also, the ‘Intralogistics Solutions Forum’ or ‘Blue Forum’ which provides in-depth details about management and solutions as explained by Thailand’s Division of Logistics and Defenseme Co., Ltd. and others.”

Mr. Grison Nakapong, President of Thai Intralogistics Association, co-organiser, explains, “The Thai Intralogistics Association was founded in 2017 as a club, a group of members who were persons engaged in occupations centred around logistics or warehouse and management systems businesses. Since then, it has grown to ‘level up’ under the banner ‘Thai Warehouse Management Association (Thai Intralogistics Association.”

The objectives of the Thai Intralogistics Association are to support the association members, uplift the industry to reach global standards, and to consecutively strengthen the Thai Intralogistics industry, while serving readiness against the rapid changing world in order to step into Smart Warehouse Systems. The association has focused on business growth which resulted in driving economic growth accordingly. Furthermore, we play a big part in organizing this event by supporting various activities, for example, the seminar: Thai Intralogistics 4.0 Forum and Intralogistics Solutions Forum, Also, the activity zone called ‘When Man & Robot Work Together’, which will take you through seeing working system between human and automation systems (COBOT) to achieve tasks more effectively. Next is the ‘Young Gen Showcase’ zone that invites you to discover technology and new conceptual thought in intralogistics through a lively vision and the young generation’s capability. The zone is supported by engineering, logistics, supply chain, and business management faculties from various universities and institutions. The main objectives are to create a space for high-skilled teenagers with an ambition to show full potential for the purpose of driving the industry.  Lastly, the ‘LW Intralogistics Clinic’ zone hosted by the Association will focus on warehouse consulting and warehouse management. Participants can discuss warehouse management plans, cost management, and problem-solving,” Mr. Grison concludes.

Expanding business investment, a key draw for networks in the logistics industry around the world, and backed by highly committed supporters

Ms. Kanokporn Damrongkul, Director of Exhibitions Department, Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (TCEB), supporter of the trade fair, said, “A cooperation between LogiMAT and Intelligent Warehouse will enhance events standards, making Thailand the global logistics hub in the future. We teamed up for the first time to explore Southeast Asia (SEA) market enhancement especially in CLMV. LogiMAT | Intelligent Warehouse 2022 is supported by TCEB via its ‘Marketing and Public Relations Activity Support Program’, a marketing activity to build awareness and engagement under the ‘New Show Essentials’ policy, and outreach through communication channels of TCEB and its partners. TCEB has also allocated funds to support the event under the policy, New Show Support Program, which covers marketing and public awareness.
