This pivotal authorization, granted by the Department of Construction – the People’s Committee of Phu Yen Province on June 11, 2024, sets the stage for developing an unparalleled luxury resort in Vietnam.

A Vision of Opulence and Sustainability

Nestled in the picturesque Phu Yen Province, Mandarin Oriental, Bai Nom is set to become a beacon of luxury and exclusivity. The resort, meticulously designed to harmonize with its pristine beachfront location, will comprise 72 exquisitely crafted villas and pavilions. Among these, 25 branded residences, ranging from three to five bedrooms, will be available for sale. Managed by the globally acclaimed Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, the resort promises a plethora of world-class amenities.

Mandarin Oriental, Bai Nom, is located near the border of Binh Dinh Province, near Quy Nhon City. The resort spans a magnificent 57-hectare site adjacent to the traditional fishing village of Hòa An. The location features a private cove with an unspoiled beach stretching over 800 meters, flanked by headlands rising to 80 meters, offering panoramic views of south-central Vietnam’s stunning coastline and rugged interior.

The resort’s architecture and interior design will incorporate natural Vietnamese elements and local cultural references.
