Member of Thai Chamber of Commerce is offered Special Privileges by Thai Vietjet

Following the successful launch of the TCC Connect application developed by the Thai Chamber of Commerce, today, Thai Vietjet and Thai Chamber of Commerce announced their partnership to provide exclusive privileges to TCC Connect virtual cardholders to fly on all Thai Vietjet domestic services and declare the virtual card at the airline’s check-in counters before check-in.

The exclusive privileges provided by Thai Vietjet include free 15kg of check-in baggage for the cardholders and free 15kg of check-in baggage for each companion (up to four companions) under the same booking number with the cardholder. The privileges shall be offered to the TCC Connect virtual cardholders for flying on Thai Vietjet’s domestic network, including flights from Bangkok to Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Phuket, Krabi, Hat Yai, Khon-kaen, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Ubon Ratchathani, Surat Thani, Udon Thani plus the direct flight from Chiang Rai to Phuket, Hat Yai, and Udon Thani, direct flight from Chiang Mai to Nakhon Si Thammarat. The privileges are valid from the 9th February 2021 onward.

Shared with the media in the press conference by khun Kalin Sarasin, Chairman of The Thai Chamber of Commerce and Board of Trade of Thailand: “During the pandemic time we appreciate ThaiVietjet effort to extend the fleet as well as the flight network in Thailand to give more chance for local traveler. We believe that the member of Thai Chamber of Commerce will enjoy experience of flying with ThaiVietjet with this program.”

TCC Connect is a brand new mobile application developed by the Thai Chamber of Commerce, aiming to bring Thai entrepreneurs and SME businesses closer and connect each other online in the virtual age of 21th century. It is an easy and convenient way to gain commercial benefits for businesses and keep updated in both the domestic and international business world. The application also offers privileges provided by leading partners throughout the country. In addition, the virtual cardholders are also able to proceed business matching via the application. TCC Connect mobile application is now available for TCC members to download on APP Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android).

Thai Vietjet, the new-age carrier with a focus on highly effective cost management, operations and performance, was named the fastest growing low-cost airline in Thailand 2020 by The Global Business Outlook Award. Currently, the airline operates 13 domestic routes, together with semi-commercial flights between Thailand and Vietnam, plus international cargo services within the region in coping with international passenger travel restriction.
