Mia reopens with new offerings

As restrictions ease, Mia looks forward to welcoming customers back with a new and improved offering.

Rooms

Rooms is Mia’s vibrant dining space on the second floor where Chefs Top and Michelle offer a seasonal 8-course tasting menu, drawing inspiration from their formal training in Michelin-starred restaurants in Europe and Asia, as well as their Thai and Malaysian upbringings.

Showcasing the best available produce from Thailand and abroad alongside an extensive wine list, Top and Michelle fuse their passion for the culinary arts with a playful and creative approach, resulting in a unique dining experience set in Mia’s signature stylish surroundings.

Highlights from the new menu include Pea Tartlette with Smoked Curd and Finger Lime, and Foie Gras Biscuit with Dark Chocolate and Piquillo Pepper. Diners should also look forward to the Shiitake Chawanmushi with Fermented Mushroom and Black Truffle; and the 48-Hour Slow-Cooked Short Rib served with a series of beef-based condiments. End the menu on a sweet note with Black Sesame Ice Cream served with White Chocolate and Cherries.

The new tasting menu is a chance for Chefs Top and Michelle to return to more technically challenging dishes while still retaining the playful and informal vibe of Mia.

Diners can opt for a wine pairing with either four or six glasses of wine, designed to complement the dishes and give diners a feel for Mia’s extensive wine list, comprising more than 115 labels from all over the world. The wine list caters to a wide range of tastes and preferences and features entry-level bottles starting at 1250++ as well as more prestigious 1er Cru Classe from France.
