Also, Norwegian Seafood Council Pavilion features Singaporean seafood specialist, chef Jimmy Chok and Thai celebrity chef, “Bas” Wattanasak Changkeb who will cook and demonstrate delightful Norwegian seafood dishes, air-flown fresh for less than 48 hours from Norway. Visiting the Pavilion will allow you to discover why Norway is the true country of origin evidenced by number of Norwegian seafood exports to Thailand that reached THB 4.8 bn in 2018.
