MQDC wins ‘Top International Land Development for Well-Being’ award from ‘The Thailanders’

MQDC received the ‘Top Business Organization 2019 Award’ for ‘Top International Land Development for Well-Being’ from ‘The Thailanders’ magazine at a gala at Honda Ultimate Screens on the 5th Floor of Siam Paragon.
MQDC is honored to receive the trophy for its efforts under its founding commitment ‘For All Well-Being’, said Mr. Keerin Chutumstid, President of the Property & Service Business Group of Magnolia Quality Development Corporation Limited (MQDC).

“MQDC embraces new approaches to achieve ‘For All Well-Being’, which covers not just humankind but all living beings,” he said.
“We are delighted that this strategy of ‘sustainnovation’ has been recognized by ‘The Thailanders’. This award will spur us to keep striving to introduce new ways to enhance health and well-being through ‘smart’ home technology or ‘biophilic’ design integrating nature into communities.”

MQDC supports the Research & Innovation for Sustainability Center (RISC), a research hub dedicated to raising standards in well-being and sustainability across the property sector.

‘The Thailanders’ recognized MQDC for its values and their application across its portfolio, which includes the ‘smart city’ True Digital Park and symbols of national pride such as the joint-venture ICONSIAM, said Ms. Amornsiri Boonyasit, Managing Director and Publisher of ‘The Thailanders’.
