New research reveals the best and worst reviewed hotel chains around the world.

The study by the travel experts at Bounce ranked the world’s best and worst reviewed hotel chains based on the average user review score across Best Company, Trust Pilot and Facebook to reveal the world’s highest and lowest-rated hotel chains across the world.<

JW Marriott is the second Marriott international chain of hotels to make the top 10 best-reviewed hotel chains with an average user review score of 4.9 out of 5.
A third Marriot international chain makes the top 10 with Sheraton Hotels coming in third with an average user review score of 4.6.
