PROI Worldwide, the world’s largest partnership of integrated independent communications agencies, organized the first ever Virtual Summit with over 100+ partners in countries all over the world. During this summit, newly appointed Global Managing Director, Jeff Altheide, addressed all the partners for the first time.

The three-day virtual conference had multiple keynote speakers and covered various topics that are currently shaping the industry especially because of the pandemic. Agencies from around the world exchanged ideas, developments, and learnings. Topics explored included The Big Questions in Leadership and Culture in a Changing World, Reimagining Your Agency and Buyology in a Coronavirus World. Renowned entrepreneurs and keynote speakers such as Mr. Martin Lindstorm, Brand and Culture Transformation Expert and Founder of Lindstrom Company, Miss Anna Young, Leadership and Talent Coach at Wesfarmer and Mr. Arun Sudhman, CEO of PRovoke News,  shared insights on how independent PR and communications agencies benefit in the area of employee culture and investment of innovation.

“This event was truly one of its kind. With participants from all over the world, the PROI online Summit represented a great opportunity for all participating PR agencies to carefully examine ways to collectively adapt, transform and re-imagine the Communications industry to meet the new challenges and evolving needs of clients,” said Karin Lohitnavy, Founder & Master Connector Midas Communications International Co., Ltd. “With more and more communications moving online, competition in the digital space has become much tougher.  In order to help our clients succeed in this new world we need cutting edge skills and expertise. This is exactly what the PROI network of over 80 agencies accumulates and shares with its members, making this global pool of knowledge available for clients all over the world,”  she added.
