Mother’s Day is coming, so it’s time to show your appreciation for the one who has done so much for you by spoiling her with a delicious homecooked meal. Currently, due to the pandemic, we cannot dine at restaurants this year, so Chef Pam – Pichaya Utharntharm, the True Aussie Beef ambassador, suggestspreparing Mom a home-cooked healthy and nutritious meal to show her just how much you care.
The recommended dish for Mother’s Day this year is “Short Rib Massaman Curry”. The reason for choosing this dish is because Massaman is a slow-cooked dish that requires time for the beef to stew so as it becomes deliciously tender and each mouthful melts in your mouth. This dish requires time and effort to make it tender and time and effort is something your Mom knows a lot about. Think about all the work your Mom has done for you, all the hours she has spent cooking, cleaning, organizing, planning, and giving you valuable life advice. Your Mom is a Super Mom! So, why not spend some quality time cooking her a delicious meal and let her know just how much she means to you.

It contains all the essential amino acids and provides essential vitamins and minerals, that’s why it is considered a complete protein. Australian red meat is highly regarded, globally, as premium quality beef and this is due to the integrity of Australian farmers and the rigorous processes they employ to consistently produce some of the highest quality beef in the world.
