The new division and further growth of LHC International in Asia will be headed by Victor Mogilev.Founded in 2013 in Germany, LHC International now runs offices in Berlin and Bangkok with more than 20 consultants successfully placing key roles in nearly 40 countries across Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Its services cover placement assignments throughout the entire value chain of all hospitality fields, including lodging, dining, real estate, cruise ships and travel technology.

“Now more than ever, the fast pace of Asia’s hospitality industry requires the ability for brands to secure top talents” says Garry Levin, founder of LHC International. “I see huge potential and growth in Asia and look forward to bringing our recognised recruitment services to the region with the new Bangkok office. Having known Victor since studying together at Glion Institute of Higher Education, Switzerland, I’m particularly confident that his new role as a partner and understanding of Asia’s travel and hospitality industry will help quickly secure LHC International as a key player.”

Originally from Russia and with more than 12 years in the travel and hospitality industry, Mogilev has lived and worked in Asia for over a decade and will be responsible for further growing LHC International’s Asian operations. He is currently also the Group Director of Sales for Diethelm Travel Group, a leading inbound tour operator with an extensive network of in-country offices and services in 13 countries across Asia.

“Recruiting is naturally a ‘people business’ and being close to our clients and candidates here in Asia will give LHC International an additional advantage in providing clients with tailored services,” says Victor Mogilev, Partner and Managing Director of LHC International in Asia. “I’m honoured to join the team and be part of the company’s next chapter. This new Bangkok base marks only the first step in LHC International’s Asian journey; we have ambitious plans to further develop our on-the-ground presence in additional countries across the continent within the next three years.”
