The concept is designed to enhance user experience through a modern and well-designed environment, allowing agents, dealers, business partners, and customers to share the service area and co-working space more comfortably.

With a plan to adjust 20 branch offices nationwide, Krungthai Panich Insurance firstly focuses on key districts to allow agents, dealers, business partners, and customers to access the service thoroughly. The company has officially opened Buriram and Udon Thani branch offices at the end of 2020, with a plan to complete six more office branches; Hat Yai, Khon Kaen, Chiang Mai, Chonburi, Surat Thani, and Ubon Ratchathani in 2021. Then, moving on respectively to branch offices in Nakhon Pathom, Nakhon Ratchasima, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Nakhon Sawan, Phitsanulok, Phuket, Rayong, Saraburi, Suphanburi, and Hua Hin.
The new “Smart Sharing Space” concept of Krungthai Panich Insurance branch offices is designed to project a modern and relaxed atmosphere and create a more comfortable living space for customers. The area within the space is allocated sufficiently with facilities such as high-speed internet, office facilities, meeting rooms, and training rooms with a maximum capacity of 50 persons.

Space is divided into 3 zones, where the first zone includes a reception area for customers, the second zone includes a meeting room and co-working space, and the third zone is filled with meeting and training rooms for both internal and visitor use.
