Booze and bivalves go perfectly together, so kick off your night with an Evening at Renaissance and try tasty freshly shucked oyster of Fine de Claire on the half shell or slurp back sublimely succulent Oyster Shooter. Allowing the oyster to slide down your throat, try not to chew and drink it as a shot. Choose topping selections such as; Thai taste – Green chili gel, shallot chips and Katin leaves, Gin-Ger Mignonette – Gin and ginger infused with cucumber and dill, and Salmon Roe Ponzu – Salmon roe, ponzu sauce and sesame nori seaweed.
